Man you got answer from product supporter a520f and j510f are not supported for unlock, if want unlock it need buy MSL code in Sales section and add to MSL.ini to can unlock.
No other way new phones got new security very strong, for solution will need wait long time without buy MSL code or unlock code from operator.

Where you have ANDROID_UFST installed, you will have a folder called _MSL, inside this folder is a file called MSL.ini, open this file in notepad or other editor, add your serial number and then = and the MSL code, for example:-

R000000000=8E700F3582A9EBD0EA5489C062A57646

Yes; I have a folder but does't have file called msl.ini . Can I open a txt, put information and save as MSL.ini? If yes how I white it on phone? please?

I didn't find it. There's _MSL folder but doesn't have ini file there... Can you post a .ini file please? than i can to edit with my MSL data
