Allways Fail connect in AT Mode

Hi Team, I just notice that my UFST allways fail when connect in AT interface, it says port not found, and back to USB ... I tried to repair Imei samsung s2 korean, note 1 and several samsung device.. While, when using it to Reade2p it done with no problem.. Tried using it to flashing Samsung c3303i it success too.
This is RJ45 cable problem or other problem Sir?

I have no problem when read E2P Sir, my problem just when Imei repairing, and phone start to change in AT mode, it always fail, and back to usb mode, so I cannot repair Imei/network related to it...

so try to use USB port not RJ45
and look to *#7284#, *#9090# settings

I did it too Sir, *#7284# set uart to PDA, and USB to modem.... Whwn dial *#9090# it show service mode, but menu is blank... How about that Sir?

Samsung s2 Korea not tested by us & not listed for IMEI in Samsung android info.Please try this.
Use *#7284# select uart>modem & usb>pda
Use *#0808# and select dm+modem+adb.Also make sure phone should be rooted.

Problem still same Sir, when dial *#0808# it doesn't show any menu. I tried combination *#0808*#/#* etc, but still no menu...
Any suggestion Sir?
