as is qualcomm model
1. read EFS, to have full backups
2. Read E2P, here will have radio and network settings
3. Clear NVM, this will reset MSL and all radio to default
4. Write E2P, it will rstore back radio and back (when ask about imei, press cancell)
5. make Gen.Settings, it will ask about MSL, enter it
6. in Gen.Settings form, make Write Cert
for s7275 will match any certificate ended by _0609.cert
on support for example: SM-G357M_35328306013177_R28F50D62ZD_0609.cert.zip
or from G313MU, G386F, G386U

if have something wrong, every time can write back readed EFS in step 1
(NV1, NV2, NV3 all at once, by selecting with CTRL button pressed)

if phone have damaged EFS or previously cleared, use envm file from support:
GT-S7275B_GT-S7275XXXCOM_351896060689276_07_OK.envm.zip
