Corrupt Registry after running Panel 2708 - Solution

Sadly, even if you just run UFS Panel 2708 once it will corrupt your UFS Registry settings! As a result you will not have an IMEI button when running SAMs.exe!

If you are used to using RegEdit.exe then it's a simple fix:

Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SarasSoft\UFS3\GlobalO ptions in RegEdit and look for the corrupt entry something like:

IMEE=C3ACB79742086A6E534786FDF49E4A085BB5FE45

If you have a 64 bit machine Navigate to:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\SarasSoft\ UFS3\GlobalOptions in RegEdit and look for the corrupt entry something like:

IMEE=C3ACB79742086A6E534786FDF49E4A085BB5FE45

Right click on IMEE and Rename to IMEI
Right click again and chose Modify and for Value Data enter TRUE

Should you not find the entry for some reason, use RegEdit search function to find IMEE whatever you do, don't just play with the registry!!

Note: Every time that you use Panel 2708 you will need to repeat this task!!
