Firmware if Secureboot
0. Install original driver Huawei_Y3II_LUA-L21_SP_Drivers_2.0.rar
1. Off phone.
2. Open factory LUA L21_SP_Flash_Tool_exe_Windows_v5.1528.00.000_0225. rar
3. Click Download Agent and select DA_SWSEC.bin which is in the folder firmware \signed_bin\DA\DA_SWSEC.bin
4. Click Scatter-loading and choose MT6735M_Android_scatter.txt (your firmware)
5. Change the selector to " Download "in this mode to uncheck" PRELOADER " [block].
6. Press the Download button and connect the phone to the battery, after flashing off the USB cable and distort the battery.
