USA phones can have Fully blocked FT Service, like in very first world ROM versions.
So check for file on support and try to reflash.
After success UART connection, must have this notification:

Star in White rectangle

But anyway on yor screenshot, i See WRONG cable type selected: "Standard Micro USB"

any idea which rom has FT Service enabled for G920T, the first Rom which is OCG has FT blocked, and i don't see any other rom for that model.
