Cannot enter in Flash mode to make FRP

Try with Volume +, Volume - , All + and - Volume keys - no success.
Try in recovery mode, reboot to boot loader - phone is detected by PC but cannot make FRP.
How to make FRP?

how about to Tick [EDL Cable] Option
and insert cable to switched OFF phone
and log, please.

With normal cable - this from box and other direct from PC USB port no success

Need use ORIGINAL UFST Cable
it Emulates Deep Flashing Cable

Not regular USB cable

Same - don't work

Cable and box work 100% with other phones.
