I need response.


Three weeks ago, I posted a problem with my box but no response from the support department. Am ever ready to buy a new box but unfortunately it is not available in the market. What I don't understand is sarasoft is still giving us exclusive solutions and I wonder how they generate revenue to buy phones or even pay themselves whiles there are no boxes in the market and is not even a yearly activation. I am asking the team to either attend to my problem or make available a new box for me to buy. Below is a screenshot of my problem. Please please make a box available for me to buy if this one can't be fixed.

Hi good sir please open the box clean the smart card inside and also use other printer cable sometimes dirt will make this error and one more this some crack software damage the smart card firmware reason for this error may I know witch country you are?

Thank you for the quick response, I did clean the box as requested but no luck also I don't use crack softwares on my computers because I try to be as professional as possible. My country is South Africa. Thank you
