download it, extract to ....\MTK_BOOT folder
select this file using [DA] Button
and do your jobs.

this happens, because is 2 eFUSE versions for TIT-U02:
ME (Meadle East) and ROW (Rest Of the World)
Predefined is for ME
DA_SWSEC_HUA_7 is for ROW

..
