My UFST Box is not Connected.Please solve this problem. - GSM-Forum

Hai Sir! I was purchase my UFST Box two months.Suddenly my box is not working.When I was try to connect box is not connected to software.Please solve my problem.This is error log when I was try to update my box:

Send your box to reseller for replacement.

sir plz slove my problem my box is dead there is no light on box but dirver is ok and not connecting in panel
