I received my new UFST box but when i use the control panel software i get ""not authorised update box"

When i push "check box" button i get,

HWK: NOT AUTHORISED, Update Box
Bad IX: ABCD
Failed: 2
Your IP: XX.XX.XX.XXX
Support: Authentication Failure
Something Wrong, Try to Use [Update Box]

I get this info when i update my box,

HWK: NOT AUTHORISED, Update Box
Bad IX: ABCD
Failed: 2

Must i contact my reseller?

wait and try Again..

Its only server problem.........

Server Busy with No UFST Updaters...

Try with this procedure..

1. [Check Box]
2. [Update Box]
3. [Check Box]
4. [Check Server]
5. [Install]

click in Update box for more 3... clear all soft sarasoft, and reinstall only hwk support suite setup...open ufs panel...step procedure:

"hardware"
scan boxes
check box
update box
check box
replay step up (can error)
"software"
check server
install
.......
work 100%

Thank you all for helping me,i had a old version control software (v1.5).
I follow link from KASHIF and box is working 100% now.

@nongmobile,

You have updated the box and consumed the update logs for a day, if you want to update, try again after 8-24hrs.

If you have updated already on that PC, you can directly go to software tab- Click Check Server and then click Install.

It is important to click -Install- as this will do the authorization.

IF someone use PCI usb 3.0 card (as I) and finally registered, updated, etc UFST, and got periodically not authorised errors, this mean hang 3.0 USB hub.
Restart PC will help.
