You need not only .xml, but whole flashing bundle,
where rawprogram0.xml is an "Flash Helper" file.

I hope mr.shoaibansari will share link with you.

need Sahara (QFIL) files, not FastBoot.
FastBoot is for upgrade Operational phone.

for sure UFST also can Flash FasBoot .bat or .cmd files

so in this forum missing:

which need for deadboot bricked, or damaged phones

Qualcomm IMEI, BT, WIFI repair is already realised.

Use [Gen.Settings] button:
Edit Values and then [Write]

Of Course DIAG must be enabled.

Also have [Read ENVM], [Write ENVM]
same functionality as QCN, only different file format.

To enable diag phone need to be rooted first.
