Smile Requsting to UFS Turbo team


I Have This Error on Every Restart of my PC






Then I Need to Update Box , But Panel says Noting to Install , After it's Work but if i Restart My PC i got Same Error !! When again i try to Update Facing this Error

None Authorised Copy of Software Detected, Reinstall
HWK: NOT AUTHORISED, Update Box
Bad IX: AB11
Failed: 102

Support: Account Ok
Something Wrong, Try to Use [Update Box]

I cant use my Box until 72 Hours !!
Saras Setup Folder Already on Virus Guard Exception list & it's Same issue , I Have Reinstall Windows also same


My Request is
  • Add 3 Logs per PC for Update Box on a Day
or

  • Reduce 72 Hours Waiting to 24 Hours

Note : any other face same or My Request is OK then Plees Write Here

We are currently reviewing the way the software authorisation works and hopefully when it's released it will stop these issues.
