safe mode of ur handset is 100% touch problem . just change any working handset touch to ur handset u see safe mode remove ,

tested more than 12 handset already

or if ur handset is not from original samsung than problem will be else solution if yes pl post in correct solution

the final sulotion of your problem sir vickygsmforum volume down sticky..

diassimble your unit and replace the volume down switch will solved your problem

post result after do that..

its can be 3 reasons
1 software just remove Battery few second
2 volume keys shorted
3 touch digitaiger not good
