Would be great for us users to know when probably team will have questions fixed since your support is a very usefull and valuable tool and at this point we are needing it and can't use it.

For me beside the SW this is one if not the best support on their area and being unable to use it is money out of my pocket in the present and in the future, because of replying with a NO to services or giving phones to clients because of not being able to just a simple operation as flashing due to not having te firmware.
