Member: 17804 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.27310 Thanks Meter: 1,075 | Which Button to remove ? I see you mixing some things, so let me to explane. FRP is acronym from 'Factory Reset Protection' solution proposed by Google from OS version 5.1.1 and have nothing todo with Partition name. Factory Reset Protection solution need some place to store 'secure' data. Here is none convention how this place will be named or where stored, it can be Disk, Partition, File or even Physical sectors. Every manufacturer can choose in his own way: MTK - frp, Qualcomm - config, frp, Spreadtrum - persist, Samsung, LG - persistent .... You can make own OS and name it as 'blabla' for example. Property ro.frp.pst points to Factory Reset Protection data placeholder [Reset FRP] button detects automatically where data is stored and mods it. and it have nothing todo with [Format Flash] button which is used to wipe any partition not only frp partition ...
