I already have this one and i can only have sd card update on that file i need a scatter file so that I can revive the phone looking forward to those who have a good back-up with this device.

After flash sir phone is dead try to rewrite and check preloader i have an error flash process

Yes C328B107 seems is Middle East firmware, You need ROW,
them have different eFuse, so is not compatible

And is why cannot write preloader ...

anyway I rebuild it to have all files in it, without "NONE"

Can edit scatter by yourself, after boot,
Add Files by Mouse DoubleClick
Add/Remove from flashing by Tick/Untic
and save result using [Save Scatter] button.

Bad scatter can be if scatter file is opened and blocked for Read by another application.

Log on other phone, just to test scatter, without real flashing:
