This is not HWK Box section.You have posted in UFST section.Post in right section.
Anyway your hwk module is damaged.Try found solution in HWK section.

why Add UFST folder to trusted in antivirus software and change your protocol,other box all update work usb unlock imei etc. but ufst rj45 only !!!
