Whats different in old hwk & new ufst - Page 3 - GSM-Forum

For me its obvious that the 2.2.0.5 was a test version before they release the final version with security to detect new UFST and to allow only new box to deal with new features.
Most probably, 2.2.0.5 was compatible with old HWK because maybe the suite testers did not had UFST hardware available or wasn't finished?

Instead of giving credit/paid activation, SARAS TM decided to release new hardware.

I bought my hwk 5 years now and since then it has been free update after free update for at least 3 years AND still, giving me the chance to keep using the support tracker. The ones who have it longer have free updates since then. Now SARAS TM decided to release new hardware and ppl question about this? Its darn crazy the bipolarity around GSM scene.

So, all the talk when LGTOOL team released the free suites was in vain, all you take back the "please, not free (insert here what you want), lets make paid updates". Or was only valid to the LGTOOL team?

As many have said, NOKIA is dead (direct unlock) but other brands have taken over the market and SARAS TM is only following the trends that GIVE MONEY. If their solutions are flawless i think its very welcome.

Give me working solutions, shut up and take my money!

I specially like the "made in the EU".

I do not think It was not necessary to replace Box

You need to buy new UFST box.Act not possible on old HWk box.
