What program to use for unlocking my phone?
 

Hi,

you can call me an idiot if you want to - but I can't find the right program to unlock my mobile phone/umts-stick.

I already have IMEI, NICK & FlashCode - but I don't know what or how do to do with it.

PLEASE, if someone could be so kind and give me a little help or would lead me step-by-step through the procedure.
