Red face "reactivation lock doesnīt match your Samsung account


Please , if you or someone you Know sold a Samsung Gear S2 on Amazon Warehouse Deals I need you to Remove your Samsung Account, it could be the one I bought.

Hi, my name is Cesar and I live in Argentina. My parents bought me a Samsung Gear S2 when they went to New York Last Month.
When we were looking for the price i found a deal on Amazon Warehouse for 40 dolars less, so i told them to bought that one.
When I tried to use it this message apear: "reactivation lock doesnīt match your Samsung account"
It has been a couple of weeks trying to pair it whith my phone, talking to Amazon Coustomer Service, to Samsung Coustomer Service here and in the USA and the only solution is to find the previous owner and he/she unlock it
To do it Aparently you only have to sing in in Samsung web page, go to your products and remove it
Please, I really need your help to diffuse this message or If you have another way to unlock it iīll be greatfull

Hi, i donīt realy understand whats itīs your solution to my problem

My cell phone is a Motorola Moto X 2, itīs compatible with my Samsung Gear S2.

The only problem is that the previous owner didnt unlock it before he sell it on Amazon.

Itīs there is any way to bypass the reactivation code i would be greatfull

Do some research.. or just basic search.
You can also take it to a servicing store and ask them to remove it.
If the store has a box that can do it like octopus then its good to go for you.

well i see ppl talking about phones and the OP are talking about a smartwatch (Gear S2), so please to others user who don't like to read correctly please, give good advise, most users gonna say "i do with X and Y solution" but the solutions are for Phones (Android OS) and the smartwatch is (Tizen OS), so please...
