Absolute newbie: is 3650 unlockable? - GSM-Forum

I bought an AT&T Wireless Nokia 3650 (USA), I just want to know if I can unlock it with codes, rather than sending the toy away to *** knows where.

I think I have to wait 6 months for help, but here's the IMEI anyway:

IMEI: 351102500559918
