Can anyone unlock C168i? IMEI 011309005149283 - GSM-Forum

Been using my Moto C168i as a back up phone for some time now. I am unable to bring my Kaiser into certain places because of the camera so I purchased this as a back up for those occasions.
Thing is my little brothers phone broke the other day so I'm going to give him this one for now but he is on TMobile. I never needed to unlock it before since I'm already on AT&T so I just swap my sim back and forth. Can anyone help me. I'd rather not have to pay $20+ to unlock a phone that I purchased for $15 lol
