Can a Nokia N73 be unlocked by code? thanks - GSM-Forum

Hi, someone has given me a Nokia N73, it's locked to Orange. I am an O2 customer and would prefer to continue using O2. Can I get the Nokia unlocked by code or do I have to take it to a shop to be unlocked. I mean is it by code or through a USB cable or some other means. If it's USB, could I do it at home or is it a specialist thing?

Thanks for replying, and hope my question is'nt too stupid. New to phone unlocking, been happy with my little Samsung for years

Ps. Just another quick question, what's the difference betweene dect 2, 3 and 4

yes you can unlock it by code
