I checked this page but its not present ALCATEL ONE TOUCH - Support - Download - One Touch X220 I got this modem and it was locked to orange uganda and uses a different dashboard http://img818.imageshack.us/img818/1290/orangefg.jpg that u can't enter unlock code like for modems which have http://img703.imageshack.us/img703/5176/14213721.jpg dashboard but while trying to get another dashboard i ended up writing this firmware X220S-2XRGCF3_WIN_MAC_PTS436 and it locked even the orange line to some french network with french language. So i need this firmware version S11B40E4XX for Alcatel One Touch X220S - 2CRGUG3 and in case u have an unlocked version S11B40E4XX please help me.http://img546.imageshack.us/img546/41/updating.jpg
