i have that if i change the field 268 wich is set 83 00 in 00 00 and in 0C 00 like in the explaination of wazl , i can't use my sim card but when i change it back to 83 00 i can use it . After i changed this field and i tried all the possibilities (2 hours) there was always sim verrou but for 0300 it is written on the phone PayT Lock.
What does it mean ??????
