Help Needed Samsung Monte GT S5620 - Phone Freeze Problem - GSM-Forum

Hello All

I have a Samsung monte GT S5620 that was on T-Mobile UK

I changed to Tesco carrier and opted to keep the same number and I was told to keep off phone ,so phone number would change network.

Switched phone on and asked to entercode, I entered wrong one and now I get the message - Phone Freeze Please Call / SOS

The IMEI Numer is: 35581404013934/2

Do I need an unlock code?

If so how do I input it into the phone in the condition it's in?

Also how can I flash a custom ROM image to get rid of the T mobile graphics?

I'd really appreciate some help as I need to make some important phone calls and T – mobile shafted me by not giving me any codes before I left the contract.

your handset requires unlocking to use other carrier,
via your local unlocking service shop £££
or via code £££

no free service available...
