help unlock VM800 - GSM-Forum

Hi can anybody help me unlock my daughters alcatel vm800 she went and bought it yesterday but it is on virgin she wants to use it on vodafone so she can use her old sim we rang vodaphone to get a network key as it was asking for it and he said we need to ring virgin but guess they will charge us if no one can help asap she will just have to try and take the phone back lol

her imei number is .. 351544039544228
also checked imei number on phone and it is the same and also had svn.010 05

mmm ok guess it cant be done

. last night i paid for a unlock code and today the refunded my paypal, first asked for the imei number again

have taken phone back now and swapped it for one on vodafone thanks though
