Help unlocking Nokia 3390 - VS supplied code doesn't work! - GSM-Forum

Hi everyone...

Can anyone help me unlock my VS supplied Nokia 3390? I've e-mailed them twice for the unlock code and each time the code they supply results in the "not allowed" error message.

I'm reluctant to try too many times for fear of exceeding the maximum number of tries.

Phone: Nokia 3390 (NPB-1NB)
IMEI: 010072309194022 (double checked with *#06#)
Provider: Voicestream (originally purchased in Texas, USA)

VS supplied unlock codes that DIDN'T work:
1st code: 3243937002
2nd code: 2525261490

3390 is a dct3 nokia, unlocking only via datacable possible!
