Hi, need unlock for 3410 - GSM-Forum

Hi,

I have two Nokia 3410 phones locked
into the T-Mobile network in UK.

Looking at other postings on this forum
I guess i need to give the 15 digit
number from under the battery.

Phone 1: 35089 02011 69661

Phone 2: 35110 02015 16617

I'm new to this Forum and don't
understand the short hand used
to describe what to do.

enter the code without sim card.
p, w, + press *key until they apear

Hi,

So I power up without SIM.

(Do I press the '#' key ?)

Then I press '*' three times = 'p'
'*' four times = 'w'
'*' twice = '+'

Then I key in the numbers
(screen clears out every few key presses!)

followed by another '+' and then a '1'.

Is this the end? (do I need to press '#'?)

I tried an Orange SIM without success.

Does the phone give you some kind of indication
when you've entered a valid seqencw of kwy presses?
