How can I get master-code for SX1?

Hallo, Peoples!!!
How can I get master-code for SX1?
My SX1 locked :-((
(three times wrong password. I didnt know, that password is 12345)
Can I unlock SX1 by master-code?
How?

there exist no keygen to calculate this code.
You have to contact Siemens servicedesk for the code.
