How to enter unlock code LG BL 40 and 20 and Vodafone UK phones. - GSM-Forum

So how do I enter the unlock codes for LG BL40 and BL20.
Also for Vodaphone UK Vodaphone phones such as Vodafone 541 etc.

Dont know about this 2 LG phones,but Vodafone 541 just insert not vodafone sim card and phone will ask you to enter code....

Already solution posted for BL20:

1. insert original sim card or motorola test card and turn phone on.
2. Enter 2945#*20#
3. A menu will pop up, select sim unlock
4. Enter your unlock code and press ok

May be same for BL40 just need to change "20" by "40":

1. insert original sim card or motorola test card and turn phone on.
2. Enter 2945#*40#
3. A menu will pop up, select sim unlock
4. Enter your unlock code and press ok
