I have a model e1553 hsdpa usb stick "3 Mobile"in Aus.It was supposed to be unlocked but sadly not.I also have codes to unlock modem but it gives no opportunity to use them all it does is load 3 software and does not even acknowledge the Virgin card I have inserted???????????????????????any ideas anyone??????????????????????????????please and thanks

1. Remove the SIM card and connect the USB Modem to the PC
2. Run the HUAWEI_MODEM_Code_Write
3. click - Please Select Com Port
4. click detect and slect your modem from list then click accept
5. click Unlock Modem and enter your 8 digit unlock code
6. click ok

or I suggest you download the
generic connection software by Huawei
Dc-unlocker | download - ZTE, Sonyericsson ,Sierra Wireless Aircard, Sierra, Option, Novatel, Maxon, Huawei it will ask for the unlock
code.

first let me say thanks for taking the time to reply,now DC says they do not support this model{e1553} the other one {Sagmaster} just comes up error so I don't know.the imei is 354112030609262 and the nck55051584 and flash 37621389 i don't know any way of checking

How to get it work with Telus Canada? It don't find the network.
