I’m sorry; I’m unable to accept your request for unlocking the phone. Please ask the registered account holder to place a request for unlocking. As only the registered owner of the phone can request to unlock the handset. If you’ve had your handset replaced under repairs or insurance kindly attach the supporting documents.

The Three account holder refers to the person who originally purchased the handset from Three, and has been registered as the owner of the phone.

Just so you’re aware, an iPhone is unlocked over the air; you will receive a notification on your handset within 72 hrs. To complete the unlocking process, you’ll have to insert a non 3 simcard in the handset and restore the software via iTunes.
