LG KU990 Viewty unlock code?? (locked to orange uk) - GSM-Forum

Hi all

I recently bought a LG Viewty (rather cheap) but unfortunatly it is locked to Orange UK. I don't have a data cable so I can't write to flash... and to be honest the only firmware flashing I have ever done is with a PSP. I was wondering if anyone can get an unlock code? I will happily pass over my IMEI number if it is possible.Thanks in advance

Same here i need a code also. Ive tried just about everything else so i figure there must be someone who can do it for me lol. I can supply IMEI number, same operator as OP orange.

orange can unlock it for £20 if you phone them.

I have unlocked many of this using Furious Gold and also de-branded em with no problems. One must note that the flashing process for this phones takes ages. So please do not attempt it unless you have ample time in your hands.

For the moment Lg Ku990 is not supported with Furious box.

This is true for the new versions of KU990. the old versions - no problem
There are ways around this as well

if you know how.
The easiest way is to do it via furious server or some other server based solution. There are at least 3 I know about and you can get this from the forum.
