does anyone know how to turn off this message to use the phone?

just wait 1 hour and after you see on display "enter subsidy code"
you must enter unlock code and message turn off!!!

and so what u say is to keep the thing running for one hour and the menu should appaear?

enter simcard other operator and don't touch 1 hour,
after you see " enter subsidy code" ,
code u must pay for any sales
or may be any calc free for you,
just post imei.!!!
