Its Hash 21.....
and since the id is there already...you probably just need to calculate the code with the specified hash,....

I read the hash table with sagem service 2.5.
Thank's to everyone . I'll try the codes and send the result here.

Problem was on the phone. French language was active when it came to me .I didn't understand what it said when inserting card. when I change language to english from service menu , I saw that phone says " Insert sim card" with sim in. This is the why I am not able to enter code to the phone. Thank you everyone.
