i have that if i change the field 268 wich is set 83 00 in 00 00 and in 0C 00 like in the explaination of wazl , i can't use my sim card but when i change it back to 83 00 i can use it .

Either use Chris Newcalc software to generate cryoted code or put here fields 0, 5709.

but what is the difference between the LL00 and the LL40 ?

Its the uncrypted value for field 251...

I do not know the exact diference... 40 = unlocked and 00 = unlocked...
Some Phones need 40, some need 00, usually both codes work

Yes this is possible with the software. You need the PhoneID to do this:

Open the "crypt tool" and fill in all data about field 0 / phoneID and hashtable.

Enter the data to be decrypted in the "data" section, select "decrypt" and select the checksum length of that field (191 /251 has 3 byte CS; field 252 and 253 has 4 Byte CS and fields 5250-526X have 8 bytes CS)

Press start to decrypt... its that easy...
