please can someone explain this information for me,i got it from infinity online server - Locked;UK Carphone Flex activation policy- regarding iphone5
the phone imei no is 013350006002301 thanks

This is a regional lock. You can pop in a SIM card for any UK carrier and then it will become locked to that carrier.

so how do i send an unlock request for such phone

As said before, do clean restore and put any UK inside, usually choose the cheapest UK sim to unlock, then check imei again, it should appear as same sim u inserted
then send to yr unlocker to unlock it,
