It said phone restriction was off, but I still can not bounce of other networks like I could with my other phone..=(

From MENU on the phone, go to NETWORK, select MANUAL and then manually SEARCH for networks.

It should work.

Hello, anyone reading this, I need help.

My phone is unlocked but I can not use Cingular like my other phone.. I think I need to have it Sp-unlocked or something, it keeps telling me NO SYSTEM ACCESS when I manually search for networks.. HELP ME PLEASE...=(

did u check frequency of your network?
900 or 1800 or 1900 etc
3595 is
Nokia 3595, Band Functionality: GSM, Operating Frequency: 850/1900, Data Bearers

so if your network provider is working at 900 or 1800 your 3595 will never have the network with that provider

also check or search "3595 frequency" in google

I tried everthing, still NO SYSTEM access. It worked before.. I am just clueless, it is a unlocked phone.. maybe Cingular blocked me from bouncing.. I dunno.. Thanks anyways

Young man, can't you read what people say to you? Check operating frequency of Cingular network, maybe your phone doesn't support it. By the way, what model was your other phone?

First of all I am not a MAN, Im a WOMAN.. and Cinguler and T-mobile operate on the same frequencies.. My other ohone is a Nokia 3595 too..
