Red face Nokia 1101 3 failed attempts

Hi

I have made 3 failed attempts to unlock my Nokia 1101

Network Virgin UK

IMEI 357583002573826

I have been using the code 7 generated to unlock everything.

Sorry - I haven't kept track of which codes I've entered

Any expert help much appreciated

you should keep track of codes entered so you dont duplicate wrong code. My calc produced this code but dont know if youve used all tries at codes. #pw+027 543 747 566 757+7#

if you want to take the risk heres another code #pw+027 303 747 566 757+7#

Yes I am using the correct input method ie *

Why 2nd different code though? Surely there is just one correct one and that's the one I need? I need to be sure this time.

The codes are produced by using different multiplyers called "box serials" sometimes if calc using one box serial doesnt work then another will. The first code I gave is the same as that site you got your code from but the second one is using box serial by hongxing. It seems nokia change the way the code is calculated in newer versions.

If you need cable unlock and cant find anyone local that'll do it cheap then I'll do it, just cost you the postage (I'm in devon)

Thanks for your kind offer, I might take you up on it - I'm going to have one more try and then have to think about the cable option.

The phone itself is probably only worth £10-20

if you need to send it then just use recorded as insured for £30 odd and no need to inclu battery or back cover so shouldnt cost much but I keep fingers crossed that code works.

If not PM me and I will give you my phone number and address if I can help.
