Hello, I have just bought a nokia 3100 for a friend and am trying to figure out some things. I need to unlock it, and the software asks me who the provider is: AT&T(3650 IMEI 500), or AT&T(3650), or AT&T(All Other DCT4/5). Then it asks me what type, DCT it is, DCT2, DCT3, if it is DCT4 it asks me whether it is a type 2, 5, or 7. Then it asks me for GID1 or GID2 numbers. The software I am using is called CyberCalc 5.1
Can anyone help me with this stuff? I would greatly appreciate it. I did try the search option, but ithe posts are ebove me. Thanks.

By the way, what generation is the 3100?

i want to know how to go about solving keypad freezing problem for Nokia 3310

Also i want to know the solution to the problem as my nokia 3310 is also displaying not charging i have tried some techniques to no avail.

3100=DCT4, type 2! And if u want to unlock it, u need a box, such as Griffin, all software is including!

Check the voltage at keypad, it must 2.8v, if not, check ur CPU, it can unsoldered or damaged!

Check charging control ic and power ic, it may help u!

Ignore all the posts above there going off into there own different worlds the easiest thing 2 do is just search for nokiafree calculator is simple to use & reliable and it will work
