ok then the fone is hardlocked, that means the original server locke fone onto their network & threw away key, so now take to unlock shop is only option

Maybe because this mobile phone is an OLA from Orange France?

When I enter the given code, mobile phone says SIM restriction off and reboot but at startup the SIM is always refused.

Is there is another restriction code? This is an OLA phone.
