I have a question.

The unlucking didnt work with those codes... Could it be that the Network has been changed to T-Mobile because my mother was automaticly transfered to T-mobile because T-mobile bought Orange? Im just getting the unable to unlock messages...

ORIGINAL MAYBE ORANGE AS U SAID, BUT U GOT WRONG UNLOCK CODEBYFONCELLAR.
AND NOW PHONE WILL BE UNLOCKED ONLY BY CABLE AND TOOL.

next time select original as box serial before calculate unlock code for nokia 3100 rh19 or else u provide worng unlock code

The reason you are getting that message is because your fone is hardlocked, that means the original provider hardlocked to it could not be unlocked with codes, so only box/cable to unlock,
