A problem with Logger 403 - GSM-Forum

I want make a log file but Logger403 say`s me : " The data is invalid" what i must do ?

The files in the logger directory of the logger is read-only !!!!!
Uncheck the readonly box and it will work

the readonly box is unchecked but when i push the read phone button ... the program say : The data is invalid
