A question and unlock request - GSM-Forum

It says do the unlocking without a sim card in, but when its not in, it just says 'insert sim'. There is no option to unlock it.

Anyway, with the sim i've tried it, and followed all the instructions, tried loads of codes and it still doesn't work. it just says code error.

Can someone help then?
