Samsung B5310 - I Have A Very Annoying Problem!

I purchased a Samsung B5310 slide phone 3 days ago from Tesco in the UK. It was locked to Tesco Mobile, so when I got home I went to Unlock Samsung by unlock code to accept any SIM card. Samsung unlocking made easy. and paid to get an unlock code so that I could use an o2 sim card in the phone.

They responded to me and gave me 3 codes:

UNLOCK CODES:

1) 61306484

2) 82081468

3) 82081468

Unlocking Instructions

IMPORTANT INFORMATION!
-- > 1st CODE is UNFREEZE CODE. USE THIS IF HANDSET ASKING FOR UNFREEZE
-- > 2nd CODE is NCK (PRIMARY NETWORK UNLOCK CODE)
-- > 3rd CODE is SPCK (SERVICE PROVIDER CODE - SOMETIMES REQUIRED)

They then told me how to unlock the phone, which I did because it said "Network Lock deactivated" or something like that. I then tried to use my o2 sim in the phone to see if it would work, but when I put the o2 sim in, I got a message which was requesting the "SP Code". So, I put code "3" in, shown above, which was supposed to be the SP code. It kept saying incorrect, and I put it in another 2 times by mistake and now the phone says "Phone Freeze Sim Unavailable. Contact your service provider" whenever I try to use the o2 sim card.

If I try to use the Tesco sim card (which was originally with the phone) there is no problems at all, but I don't want to use the Tesco sim card. I would like to use the o2 sim card.

So then I thought it was a problem with the o2 sim card, so I went to the shop and bought a new o2 sim card, but I have not opened it yet. I don't want to use it in the phone incase it blocks the new sim card I just bought aswell. I am not sure what to do to fix this.
