I thing you should try this code and its variations, they might reset memory and/or even unlock the phone: *2767*2878#
You'll find them all in other threads.
It starts with *2767* and is always ended with #
If you need more codes (display contrast and others) try *#4357# (help on keypad), then you'll list other codes by cursor keys.
