subsidy unlock code for a motorola l7 - GSM-Forum

Hey, i'm new to the forum and was wondering if anyone could give me a hand. I bought a motorola l7 of ebay and it was supposed to be unlocked but when I got it, it obviosly wasn't and now I can't use the thing. I don't have any cables or anything and was hoping someone could provide me with the subsidy unlock code for my phone. My EMEI is 35826100286914. Thanks for any help.
