How are codes generated? is this solved by codes? will formatting the phone not do it? TSR what is the reponse of the phone after codes input ?

Hello, my NEW (one day old!) sx1 had a different securitycode! It was NOT 12345 so that I now need the mastercode and siemens is not reachable at weekends!
